Important things to know before you visit

• All tickets must be purchased in advance.
• Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Remember to bring your ID to the venue.
• Children below 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All adults (parents, teachers, caretakers, nannies, and other relatives older than 16 years old) must pay an entrance fee at the location (55 AED adult ticket).
• All visitors must adhere to the park's rules and regulations; failure to comply may result in expulsion from the park without a refund.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
• Masha and The Bear reserves the right to alter the opening and closing times, remove or cancel any part of the experience for reasons including, but not limited to, health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events, and private functions.
• In the event of park closure due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be refunded or valid for the rescheduled date.
• Park hours are subject to change (please check before visiting).
• Online bookings do not include food and beverage items unless specifically listed.
• Personal photography is allowed, but commercial use requires prior written consent.
• The park reserves the right to photograph, film, or record visitors for promotional purposes.
• Guests with pre-existing health conditions should consult a physician before visiting.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warnings posted throughout the park.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for special dietary needs.
• Pets are not allowed in the park.
